Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence in alignment with the WOW plan.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a tech program or apprenticeship, and strong tool knowledge to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical school program OR 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
Thorough understanding of repair tools and vehicle bodies.

Responsibilities

Execute WOW plan consistently.
Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
Repair dents, replace or repair parts and glass as needed.
Realign chassis/frames and paint vehicles per spec.
Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect final work.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
