Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, plan repairs, and prepare cost estimates for customers.

You’ll use cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers and other tools to repair body damage, replace parts, and repaint as needed while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical schooling or an apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Use auto body tools to fix dents, replace parts, and repaint.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure quality after repairs.
• Adhere to WOW operating plan and safety standards.
