Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to meticulously repair vehicles and restore them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble components while maintaining speed, quality, and customer excellence.

You must read work orders, work with other repairers, and apply body-repair techniques using common tools. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a technical program is preferred.
• Experience in auto body repair with ability to read repair orders and follow specs.
• Proficiency with common auto body tools and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign frames and chassis; replace damaged sections and glass.
• Prep and repaint vehicles; inspect work for quality and safety.
• Work with teammates to meet repair KPIs and timelines.
