Gerber Collision & Glass in Dallas, TX is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through precise assessment and high-quality repair of vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, realign chassis, replace parts, and ensure finishes meet factory standards, while working efficiently within our WOW operating approach.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow repair instructions.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles with attention to safety and quality.
• Realign chassis and frames to restore structural integrity.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld, paint, and inspect each vehicle to ensure factory standards.
• Finish work within specified labor times and verify workmanship.
