Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician in Denton, TX to deliver top-tier customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition, contributing to our speed, quality, and customer excellence goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with KPIs and brand standards.
• Repair body panels using cutting tools and fillers; realign chassis and replace parts as needed.
• Replace glass and interior parts; paint and finish to factory specs.
