Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence.

You will work with teammates to meet KPIs, maintain safety, and ensure repairs meet factory specs. A high school diploma or equivalent and technical training or apprenticeship are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Able to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair methods and proper tool use.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dents, replace parts, and repair or replace glass and interior parts.
• Realign chassis/frames to fix structural damage.
• Weld and fit parts; apply paint per spec.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines.
