Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Arizona is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver high-quality repairs and top-tier customer service. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign frames, replace parts and glass, and repaint to factory specs, while meeting KPIs.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or equivalent, tech training or a 3-year apprenticeship, and the ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in auto body repair and familiarity with tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged parts and glass; repair interior components.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint to factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished work.
