Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, realign frames, and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition while upholding speed and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and may include technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan and plan repairs with cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged sections with parts.
• Replace or repair glass, interiors, and paint to factory specs.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Perform duties safely in noisy environments and lift up to 30 pounds.
