Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles back to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble parts, replace damaged components, weld and repaint, and ensure work aligns with our WOW standards and KPIs.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or an apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a technical program or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in auto body repair is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle sections as needed.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld, fit, and reposition parts; prepare and repaint vehicles.
• Inspect final work and ensure compliance with timelines.
