Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians at our Spring Lake Service Center. You will perform full collision repairs, from minor dents to frame rebuilds, with a focus on precision, safety and quality. Day-to-day work includes blueprinting, panel and structural work, reassembly, and close collaboration with painters and estimators.

We value hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Strong attention to detail and quality welds.
• Lift capability up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
