Caliber's South San Jose service center seeks experienced collision repair technicians. You will perform full repairs from fender benders to frame work, ensuring factory specifications, bumpers to welds, and precise reassembly.

You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators and office staff in a fast‑paced, safety‑minded shop environment. We offer competitive pay, growth opportunities and hands‑on training like I-CAR and ASE certifications, plus day‑one benefits and strong equipment.

Qualificações

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented, collaborating with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repairs from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
