Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our team. You will blueprint, repair, and rebuild panels, straighten frames, and ensure factory-spec alignment across vehicles. Collaboration with painters, estimators, and front-office staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how with straightening and squaring.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-oriented; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repairs from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish details.
• Work as a team to move cars through efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
