Job summary

Caliber Fond du Lac is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to handle full repair workflows, from blueprinting to final reassembly. You’ll work with a team on a variety of frame, panel and structural repairs, using top-notch equipment and processes to restore vehicles to factory specs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Attention to tightened bolts, welded joints, and precise finish.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team collaboration with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
