Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know‑how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit: can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repairs from minor to major—fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and final touches for a safe, reliable ride.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop efficiently.
• Keep the work location clean and safe at all times.
• Treat accidents as the business and provide top‑tier service.
