Caliber is seeking an experienced collision repair technician in TX to perform full collision repairs with attention to detail and safety. You will work with a team of painters, estimators and front office staff to bring wrecked vehicles back to factory specs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square components.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude coordinating with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
