Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural knowledge to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, precise welds, no excuses.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major work.
• Handle panel and structural work to bring parts to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; finish work with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
