Caliber is hiring a collision repair technician in the United States. The role requires experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides and strong frame/structural know-how, with a no-shortcuts approach and meticulous attention to detail.

You’ll work with a team, handle full collision repairs from dents to frame rebuilds, ensure precise assembly and finish, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore alignment and strength.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
