Caliber's Santa Monica service center seeks skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles after accidents. We offer modern equipment, career growth, and a center safety rating that supports families at night.

If you have hands-on experience and a passion for precise repairs, this is a place to grow. Responsibilities include blueprinting and executing repairs, full collision repair from minor to major frames, panel and structural work, and meticulous reassembly.

Formación

• At least two years of hands-on auto collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames to factory specs.
• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy the first time.
• Attention to detail in bolts, welds, and finishing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise methods.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major frames.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
