Caliber's San Luis Obispo Service Center is hiring skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specifications. You will work with top equipment and a collaborative team to deliver precise, safe repairs.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and no guesswork.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit-and-finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy at all times.
