You will blueprint and execute precise repairs, tighten welds and bolts, and ensure safety while lifting up to 50 lbs; you’ll work alongside painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square up.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
