Caliber’s Ventura service center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You’ll work on fenders through frames, performing blueprinting, welding, and full collision repairs with a dedicated team. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on collision repair experience (two years or more).
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames and structures.
• Attention to detail to ensure safe, quality repairs.
• Commitment to proper torque, welds, and reassembly.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborative work style with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
