Caliber Auto Repair Center in Santa Cruz is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to perform full-frame and panel work with a focus on precision. You’ll blueprint, repair, and rebuild vehicles to factory specs, collaborating with estimators and painters to deliver safe, road-ready cars.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
