Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Santa Monica Service Center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You’ll perform full collision repairs, from frame straightening to body panel work, using top-grade equipment and industry-leading gear. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork to restore vehicles efficiently.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of hands-on experience, can read blueprints, and are committed to doing the job right the first time. Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, welds, and proper fit.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore original alignment.
• Quality reassembly and finish—fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
