You will blueprint, repair panels, and perform frame work from end to end, with attention to detail and a no-shortcuts mindset. Join a shop that emphasizes safety, quality, and growth through I-CAR and ASE training.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finish; final touches matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Accidents are our business.
