Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow repair instructions.
• Ability to work with others in a busy shop and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Replace damaged parts, realign frames, and apply paint as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and accuracy.
