Gerber Collision & Glass in Renton, WA is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repair to pre-accident condition.

You will disassemble, repair, realign, replace parts, weld and repaint, while meeting KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador. This role offers teamwork and growth opportunities within a leading collision repair company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school completion or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates.
• Repair dents using filler resins when needed.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts, repaint to factory specs.
• Complete work within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
