Gerber Collision & Glass in Bellevue, WA, is seeking an Auto Body Technician to assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, disassemble and reassemble, and ensure speed, quality and customer excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship; strong shop skills, ability to read orders, and teamwork in a busy body shop. Compensation is hourly with a flat-rate structure and opportunities for bonuses and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Hammer out dents, dimples and minor body damage; apply filler resin where needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Remove damaged sections and replace with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld and fit parts; prep and repaint vehicles to factory specs.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and adherence to KPIs.
