Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair, restoration to pre-accident condition, and seamless teamwork. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble and ensure quality in line with our speed and excellence commitments.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a technical program or 3-year apprenticeship. Strong reading of job orders and teamwork in a busy shop are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Plan repairs, prepare cost estimates, and use shop tools to fix bodies.
• Realign frames, replace damaged parts, and refinish with factory paint standards.
• Inspect completed work and ensure adherence to KPIs and brand standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver fast, high-quality customer service.
