Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide an exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and quality repair, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with team KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador.

You will work with tools like cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, and hammers to repair sections, realign chassis, replace components, and repaint to factory specs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school graduation or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.
• Thorough understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tools.

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
