Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair that restores it to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles while aligning with the WOW plan and team KPIs.

Responsibilities include estimating repairs, using body repair tools, replacing parts, and ensuring repairs meet quality standards. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship required.
• Able to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged sections with parts; fix glass and interiors as needed.
