Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and care. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while maintaining high standards for speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, estimating costs, using hand tools and equipment, aligning frames, and ensuring finished work meets KPI targets. Strong teamwork and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with common auto body tools and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently and accurately.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair vehicle bodies using cutting tools, hammers, fillers and paints.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage; install parts as needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety.
