A strong focus on speed, quality, and customer excellence guides your daily tasks. Your background should include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Repair and repaint vehicles with factory finishes as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and safety.
