You will work with the team to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition, adhere to safety standards, and ensure quality across all repair steps.

The role emphasizes applying damage assessment, using a variety of tools, and meeting KPI targets while representing the brand with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as auto body repairer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interior parts.
• Weld and reattach parts, and repaint to spec.
