You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, quality and customer excellence in alignment with WOW standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan execution.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair sections of a vehicle using cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers and pliers.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts, and repaint vehicles as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and safety.
