Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs while upholding the brand promise of speed and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship completed.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.

Mansioni

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates using tools like cutting guns and plasma cutters.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and repair/replace glass and interior parts as needed.
• Weld and fit parts, repaint vehicles to factory specs or equivalent.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect repairs for quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
