Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repairs, restoring cars to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with our KPI-driven WOW plan and acting as a Brand Ambassador.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent and completion of technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship; strong tool knowledge and safety awareness are essential to succeed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer is required.

Responsibilities

• Disassembles, repairs, and reassembles vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plan and perform repairs, prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.
• Realign chassis and frames; replace damaged sections and parts; repaint as needed.
