Gerber Collision & Glass in Johnstown, PA is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by meticulously repairing vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, align frames, replace parts, and apply factory-specified paint while collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold the Brand Ambassador standard.

High school diploma is required; completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan execution.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Realign chassis/frames to repair structural damage and replace parts as needed.
• Repair and repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint or equivalents.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
