Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver high-quality vehicle repairs and restore customers to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with team goals to meet KPIs and uphold our Brand Ambassador promise.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equiv., plus a 3-year auto body apprenticeship or technical program. Strong attention to safety and ability to work with others in a busy shop are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates; use cutting tools and shop equipment.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, replace parts, and weld as needed.
• Repair glass, interior parts and apply factory or equivalent paint.
• Complete work within labor guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
