Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Pennsylvania is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise inspection, repair, and reassembly of vehicles to pre-accident condition.

You will work with a team in a fast-paced shop, using cutting tools and body repair techniques to restore frames, replace parts, and ensure quality. A high school diploma or technical training is required; a 3-year apprenticeship is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Repair dents, replace parts, and restore glass as needed.
• Realign chassis and repair structural damage.
• Ensure all work meets labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
