Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Ohio is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver top-tier customer experiences through meticulous assessment and high-quality vehicle repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with team members to hit KPIs and uphold the Brand Ambassador promise.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Use tools to repair and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld, paint, and reassemble vehicles per factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect final work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
