Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to accurately assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble components while ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence across the shop floor.

• Completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow repair procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan and estimate repair work and prepare customer estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged sections with parts.
• Repair or replace glass, windshields, and interior parts as needed.
• Weld, paint, and prep vehicles to factory standards.
• Meet labor time guidelines and ensure quality inspections.
