Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring Auto Body Technicians to provide exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair from disassembly to reassembly. You will work with a team to meet KPIs and uphold our Brand Ambassador standards within The Boyd Group.

The role includes planning repairs, estimating costs, and using shop tools to fix dents, replace parts, and repaint vehicles to factory specs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as auto body repairer preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Use tools like cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair vehicle sections.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage; replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
