Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver top‑tier vehicle repairs and customer service. You will assess damage, plan repairs, and perform disassembly, repairs, and reassembly with attention to quality and speed.

You will collaborate with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a technical program or a 3‑year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble and repair vehicles; realign chassis and frames.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; weld and repaint as needed.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and ensure quality checks.
