Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Corona, CA offers a 30-day trial to qualify for an 18-month Technician Development Program. You will assist in basic auto body repairs under supervision and learn to use tools safely.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, interest in the automotive industry, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs with good communication. On-the-job training and benefits are provided, with occasional extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a vehicle repair environment.
• I-CAR Gold Class is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections and help plan repairs.
• Collaborate with team to meet timelines and quality standards.
