Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of DRP experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with details accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support teammates.
• Uphold the shop’s KPIs and communicate requests to the team.
