Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate repairs estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers and insurers. You will assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and align with team KPIs to drive outcomes.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, at least 1 year of experience, and basic computer skills. I-CAR training and a valid driver’s license are required or encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in estimation or repair coordination.
• Knowledge of typical repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers during claims and repairs.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Compliance with DRP processes and requirements.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management as required.
• Support team members when needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety meetings or as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
