Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver excellent customer experiences by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs. You will document customer interactions, communicate with insurers, and ensure compliance with DRP processes, while working closely with the management team to meet KPIs.

The role requires basic computer skills, at least 1 year of DRP experience, and willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate, timely information to guide customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance and WOW Operating Ways requirements.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and attend training sessions.

Skills
