Krause Auto Group in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to ensure accurate vehicle deals, timely title work, and smooth dealership operations. This role supports sales, finance, and DMV compliance with precision.

You will process deals, verify paperwork, prepare title and registration documents, maintain organized records, and assist with audits. A strong eye for detail and proficiency with MS Office and dealership software are important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dealership billing or title experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DMV/title processes strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with dealership software such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process new, used, wholesale, and dealer trade vehicle deals.
• Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Post vehicle sales and finalize deal documentation.
• Prepare and submit vehicle title and registration paperwork.
• Maintain organized deal jackets and records.
• Assist with dealership audits and compliance reviews.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail related to deals and titles.
• Support office operations and additional administrative tasks as needed.
