Krause Auto Group is seeking a dependable Billing Clerk to join our dealership team. You will help ensure vehicle deals are processed accurately, title work is completed on time, and dealership operations run efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior dealership billing or title experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DMV/title processes strongly preferred.
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds dealership software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process new, used, wholesale, and dealer trade vehicle deals.
• Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Post vehicle sales and finalize deal documentation.
• Prepare and submit vehicle title and registration paperwork.
• Communicate with sales, finance, customers, lienholders, and DMV as needed.
• Maintain organized deal jackets and records; support audits and compliance.
