Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dealership billing or title experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DMV/title processes strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with dealership software such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle deals (new, used, wholesale, dealer trade) with accuracy.
• Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Post sales and finalize deal documentation; manage title work timely.
• Prepare and submit vehicle title and registration paperwork.
• Maintain organized deal jackets and dealership records; support audits.
